Design Shanghai 2020 fair postponed
(China) – Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus in China, Design Shanghai has postponed March event to end of May.
The organisers of Design Shanghai have made this decision in consultation with government and local authorities in China, that the safety and welfare of Design Shanghai’s customers, exhibitors and staff is of the utmost importance and the first priority.
“After careful consideration and advice, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Design Shanghai to ensure the welfare and safety of visitors to our show, our exhibitors and our team,” says Zhuo Tan, Director of Design Shanghai. “We have confirmed new dates in the same venue with the same layout so as not to compromise the quality and success of the fair and we appreciate the show of support that we have received from the design community and our partners during this time.”
Design Shanghai 2020 will now take place from 26-29 May 2020 at the Shanghai World Expo and Exhibition Convention Centre.
