Sonneman acquired by Dunes Point Capital
(US) – Family office and private investment firm acquires lighting design manufacturer.
Sonneman – A Way of Light was founded by Robert Sonneman and partners David Littman and Sonny Park in 2003. Post acquisition, David will continue the management of his other lighting companies independently. With a 50-year illustrious career as a designer and pioneer of modern lighting, Robert Sonneman will continue to drive the creative vision for the newly acquired company, serving as Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer.
Sonny Park, whose leadership drove the business success of the company, will head the management team as Chief Executive Officer.
