Nulty is an award winning, independent architectural lighting design practice working in close collaboration with architects, designers, project managers and developers to provide creative and innovative lighting design consultancy. We work across a broad spectrum of sectors including: education, exterior/public realm, healthcare, hospitality, museums, residential, retail and commercial. 

We’re looking for talented and charismatic Senior, Associate and Director level designers who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. 

You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to mentor, lead and inspire a team of lighting designers across a diverse portfolio of projects. 

You’ll have proven management experience and natural leadership qualities; responsible for overseeing design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. 

The successful candidates will be able to pitch ideas confidently and present creative visions clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the team.
